Welcome to Reportworq. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reportworq website, documentation portal, forums, support resources, demos, and related online services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Reportworq LLC (“Reportworq,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

These Terms govern only use of the Site and related online resources. Use of the Reportworq software platform, support services, APIs, Office add-ins, or licensed products is governed separately by applicable subscription agreements, end user license agreements, order forms, or other contractual documentation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful business, informational, educational, and evaluation purposes related to Reportworq products and services.

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks;
  • interfere with or disrupt operation of the Site;
    introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract Site content using automated means without prior written consent;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from Site components;
  • use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content;
  • impersonate another individual or entity;
  • circumvent authentication or security measures; or
  • use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Reportworq systems or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for any activity that violates these Terms or threatens the security, integrity, or operation of the Site.

3. Accounts and Credentials

Certain portions of the Site, including support portals, documentation areas, forums, demos, or customer resources, may require registration or authentication.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
  • all activities occurring under your account; and
  • promptly notifying Reportworq of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident involving your account.

Reportworq may disable accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or operational risks.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all associated content, including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, workflows, documentation, videos, screenshots, templates, trademarks, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Reportworq and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • reproduce,
  • modify,
  • distribute,
  • publicly display,
  • republish,
  • create derivative works from, or
  • commercially exploit

any portion of the Site without prior written permission from Reportworq.

“Reportworq” and associated logos, product names, and branding are trademarks or service marks of Reportworq LLC.

5. Customer Content and Submissions

If you submit information to Reportworq through the Site, including demo requests, support inquiries, feedback, forum posts, enhancement requests, or uploaded materials (“Submissions”), you grant Reportworq a limited right to use such Submissions solely to:

  • respond to inquiries;
  • provide services or support;
  • improve products and services;
  • troubleshoot issues; and
  • operate the Site.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide any Submissions you make.

You should not submit confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or highly sensitive information through public Site forms or community forums unless specifically requested and protected under separate contractual arrangements.

6. Forums, Community Areas, and User Conduct

If the Site includes forums, community discussions, comments, or interactive areas, you agree not to post or share content that:

  • is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;

Reportworq may remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

Reportworq is not responsible for user-generated content posted by third parties.

The Site may reference or integrate with third-party services, platforms, software, or websites, including collaboration platforms, documentation tools, analytics services, AI providers, or community platforms.

Reportworq does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies.

8. AI Features and Generated Content

Certain Site features, demonstrations, previews, or future platform capabilities may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model technologies.

AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information;
  • should be independently reviewed and validated by users;
  • are provided for informational purposes only; and
  • are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Reportworq does not use Customer confidential information submitted through licensed products to train public AI models unless expressly authorized by Customer.

Certain AI-related features may rely on third-party technology providers.

9. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by the Reportworq Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that Reportworq may collect and process technical, usage, and contact information consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPORTWORQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • ACCURACY;
  • RELIABILITY; AND
  • AVAILABILITY.

Reportworq does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPORTWORQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE.

REPORTWORQ’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reportworq, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Site;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Export Compliance

You may not use, export, or access the Site in violation of applicable U.S. export control laws, sanctions regulations, or other applicable trade restrictions. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or affiliated with any restricted or prohibited jurisdiction or party

14. Changes to the Site or Terms

Reportworq may modify these Terms or the Site from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting to the Site unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Site following updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement regarding use of the Site and supersede prior understandings relating to the Site.

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
