- Reportworq does not use Customer confidential data to train public artificial intelligence models.
Because many Reportworq deployments operate within customer-managed infrastructure, customers may independently control storage locations, security configurations, access policies, backups, and retention practices.
4. AI and Analytics Features
Certain current or future features may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or large language model technologies.
Where applicable:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete;
- users are responsible for reviewing and validating generated outputs;
- AI-related functionality may rely on third-party technology providers; and
- Reportworq may use anonymized and aggregated operational telemetry to improve platform performance and functionality.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, Reportworq does not intentionally use Customer confidential information submitted through licensed products to train public AI models.
