The updated Reportworq Connect add-in for Microsoft Office has been approved and is now available in Microsoft Marketplace. Finance and FP&A teams can install it straight from the marketplace and work with connected reporting data inside Excel and PowerPoint.
Most finance teams have invested heavily in planning systems like IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Workday Adaptive Planning. The monthly reporting work still lands in Excel and PowerPoint. Analysts rebuild formula-heavy reports and re-paste charts into decks every cycle, and that time comes straight out of analysis.
In Excel, your team can build and refresh reports from connected enterprise data without complex formulas. A refresh brings in the latest numbers instead of a manual re-key.
In PowerPoint, charts and tables stay connected to your reporting data. Your decks update from the source instead of being rebuilt by hand each month.
The add-in connects to IBM Planning Analytics and Workday Adaptive Planning. Relational databases and other supported sources are covered too.
"Finance teams already live in Excel and PowerPoint," said Matt Hopkins, Head of Engineering at Reportworq. "Listing Reportworq Connect in Microsoft Marketplace makes the add-in easy to find, so your analysts can start working with connected data in the tools they know."
This release is the first step in a broader expansion of Microsoft integrations, with more planned in the months ahead.
Reportworq Connect is available now. Find Reportworq Connect in Microsoft Marketplace or Request a Demo to see how the add-in fits your reporting cycle.
The governed platform for enterprise finance, Reportworq works from the spreadsheets finance already builds and delivers them as polished reports and board decks. It connects natively to IBM Planning Analytics, Workday Adaptive, Vena, Pigment, and Excel, and reaches the other finance and business systems your team already runs. Finance decides who sees each report and keeps that control over the data AI draws from, so every answer traces back to numbers finance approved.
